Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Broken mounting tabs are the usual reason a power head starts to buzz and shift under the hand. Part 50431GSAM is the gray black top shell built specifically for the SEBO 350 Mechanical, closing over the brushroll drive and the wiring that feeds it, and carrying the bosses that the head's fasteners pull against. SEBO draws it at position 100 in the power head assembly.

Once the shell is split, the assembly beneath it loses the support those fasteners were relying on. The head flexes a little more at every push, the crack lengthens, and dust starts reaching drive components that were meant to stay covered. Buzzing under load, a head that moves independently of the body, and screws that will not stay tight are all the same fault seen from different angles. A new cover seals the head and pulls the whole assembly back together.

Covers in this range are cut to one model, so check the data plate before you order rather than matching by eye — the shells look similar across the family and only one will line up. If the impact that broke the cover also caught the front of the machine, the 350 Mechanical takes bumper 50314HG and front bottom plate 50434HGER. The rest of the head for this model runs to brush roller release 50433HGER at position 108, brush roller 50471ER at 121 and rubbing plate 2869HG at 124, all sitting on chassis 50444HGER.
