This direct connect repair kit (Part #SH130DC-R01) supplies the replacement cord and cuff for white Plastiflex corded central vacuum hoses. It includes the 8-foot pigtail cord with its direct-connect plug and the hose cuff.
The pigtail cord at the wall end of a central vacuum hose takes repeated plugging and flexing until it frays or stops making a reliable connection. Replacing the cord and cuff restores a solid electrical connection without buying a whole new hose.
