Finished in almond to blend with warmer wall colors, the Plastiflex CV-VEX-S inlet valve is a replacement wall inlet for central vacuum systems. It gives each room a clean, flush connection point where the hose plugs in.
A spring-loaded door closes flat against the wall when the inlet is not in use, keeping the opening sealed and unobtrusive. When you are ready to clean, plugging in the hose automatically activates the central vacuum system, so there is no separate switch to hunt for.
Installation is designed to be straightforward, which makes this a practical fix for an inlet with a cracked face, a sagging door, or a worn seal. It is also an easy way to bring inlet color back in line with a repainted room, since a bright white valve on an almond wall never quite disappears the way it should.
