This plastic squeegee is a commercial wet-pickup head built for 1-1/2-inch Type 2 wands. The molded blade sweeps standing water into the suction path, so a wet/dry machine can lift spills, overflow, and wash-down water cleanly from hard floors.
The blade edge is what does the work, and once it rounds off or hardens it starts to skip and streak instead of pulling water to the nozzle in one pass. Swapping in a fresh squeegee restores a crisp, full-width wipe and cuts the number of passes needed to leave a floor dry.

Slide the squeegee onto the wand until it locks, then draw it toward you in overlapping strokes. Check that your wand is the 1-1/2-inch Type 2 size before ordering.
