This 18-inch brown pigtail cord (part 36110) connects the electric hose to the power nozzle on Filter Queen FQ88 series vacuums, with one male and one female end. It carries the current the powerhead needs across the hose-to-nozzle connection.

When the cord frays or its contacts wear, power to the nozzle turns intermittent and the powerhead brush stutters or quits. Swapping in a fresh pigtail restores an unbroken electrical path so the power nozzle runs steadily throughout the clean.
