Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Power supply and computer control share one board on the AUTOMATIC X7 Premium, AUTOMATIC X7 Pet and AUTOMATIC X8. That board is 5870ER in its 100–120 V form, and SEBO gives it item 118 on the AUTOMATIC X7 X8 diagram.
Since every electrical function on the machine depends on it, failures here are rarely subtle. Controls that do nothing, a motor that refuses to spin up, or a vacuum shutting itself down mid-pass are the usual descriptions once the cord and the switch have been ruled out. The supply voltage determines the part number, so read the data plate first — this is the 100–120 V board rather than a version built for another supply.
Before condemning it, follow the drive layout on the same sheet, because mechanical faults in that chain read like electrical ones. Vacuum motor 52194ER sits at item 109 with harness 52040ER at 110 and motor pulley 5462 at 114. From that pulley, belt 5463 turns the sensor, and belt 5110 carries the drive on from the sensor to the brush roller bearing block, with belt adjuster 52011ER at item 113 setting tension across the pair. The sensor itself is 52108 on X7 machines and 52198 on the AUTOMATIC X8. A sensor that has stopped turning leaves the machine behaving as though its electronics have failed while the board is perfectly healthy. Two more candidates deserve a look: swivel neck cable set 52199ER at item 116, which flexes constantly and is therefore a wear item, and reed switch 52103 at item 117 in the swivel neck support.
