Hoover part 440014517 is the complete PCB board assembly for the CH95519, the board supplied with its housing and connectors rather than as a bare board, which is what separates it from part 440014516.
Choosing the assembly makes sense when the fault has already been traced to the control electronics and you would rather not fit a bare board onto connectors that have been heat-cycled for years. Erratic starting, no response to the controls, a machine that runs then quits without warning: all of it can come from a tired connector just as easily as from the board itself, and the assembly replaces both in one go.
It fits the Hoover CH95519. Disconnect the machine from the mains first, photograph the loom routing before you unplug anything, and hand the work to a service technician if you would rather not open the electronics.
