Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

A C-series canister offers two places to hang a floor tool, and each is a separate moulding. Part 6008DG is the rear one, in dark gray.

Stand the machine on end and this catch accepts the hook on the floor nozzle, so wand and tool hang down the back of the body rather than sprawling across the carpet. It carries that load every time the vacuum is parked between rooms or lifted up a staircase, and the tab rounds off with the repetition. Once it has worn round or snapped away, the tool lets go the moment it is left alone, and a nozzle on the end of a full-length wand travels far enough to find paintwork, skirting, or the shin of whoever walked past. Owners usually describe the fault as a wand that will not stay put rather than as a broken part.
