The Panasonic Cam Lock Screw 10-Pack, part AXTS3+8BFY, is a set of replacement housing fasteners for Panasonic upright vacuums. These small cam lock screws hold the housing panels of the vacuum together, and they are exactly the sort of part that strips, drops, or disappears into the carpet during routine maintenance. Once a couple go missing, panels loosen and the whole machine starts to rattle.
The cam lock design is well suited to a vacuum body: it holds securely under constant vibration, yet releases cleanly when you need to open the housing for a belt change, brush roller service, or clog removal. That balance is why Panasonic used it throughout these uprights.
