Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This channel blade runs along the leading edge of an Oreck upright bottom plate, positioned to pick up debris tight against a baseboard rather than leaving a strip untouched an inch out from the wall. It is part 430000922, built to fit either the screw-in or the friction-fit bottom plate style.

Sweep blades wear the way any part riding against the floor wears: the working edge rounds off gradually from ongoing floor contact, and a sudden impact, such as the nozzle catching a raised threshold at speed, can bend or snap the blade outright. The tell in daily use is uneven edge cleaning. The middle of a pass comes up clean while a thin strip of debris stays behind along the baseboard, forcing a follow-up swipe with a hand tool to finish the job, time that neither a route crew nor a busy household wants to spend twice.
