This replacement on/off switch fits the Oreck DS1700 and XL2000/U2000 Type 6 and Type 7 uprights, and it also serves the Bigfoot BF2175G. The unit-only version arrives with terminals pre-attached, so it wires in directly without soldering.
A switch that has failed leaves the vacuum unable to start, prone to cutting out, or unresponsive at the control. Fitting the correct switch with its terminals restores dependable on and off control.
