The Oreck PRO 12 grooved belt (Part #59-3323-04) is a replacement drive belt that connects the clutch assembly to the brush roller on the PRO 12 commercial vacuum. The grooved design meshes with the drive to prevent the slipping that flat belts suffer under heavy commercial use. That connection is what keeps the brush roller spinning at full speed.
