Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Replace the upper handgrip on your original Nellie's WOW Mop. This listing is for the top plastic handle grip only, ending where the metal shaft begins. Fits the original WOW Mop only; not compatible with the WOW TOO. Sold individually at $19.99 each.

What is included?

One replacement top handle grip. The metal shaft, lower handle sections, mop base, cleaning pads, charger and main rechargeable battery are not included.

No. This top handle grip is not compatible with the Nellie's WOW TOO. It fits the original WOW Mop only.

No. This is the upper handle grip replacement part only.
