Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The motor ring kit is a replacement set of mounting rings for ProTeam backpack vacuum motors. The rings cushion and seat the motor within its housing, holding it centered and sealed so air is drawn cleanly through the machine.

Motor mounting rings compress and harden over time, and worn rings let the motor shift, which shows up as added noise, vibration, or a high-pitched whine. Fresh rings reseat the motor for quiet, sealed running and steady suction.
