This replacement motor hold-down spring secures the motor inside Beam central vacuum power units and is sold individually. The spring holds the motor firmly against its mounts so it stays seated and balanced while it runs. It fits the Beam CV-1800, CV107G, and CV1601.
A spring that has weakened, stretched, or gone missing lets the motor shift and vibrate, which creates noise, rattling, and added stress that can shorten the motor's life. Fresh springs pull the motor back down to a solid, even mount.
