This replacement motor fan (Part #31417) is a 5-inch-wide fan blade for the Lamb 8602 motor. Spinning inside the motor, the fan moves air to generate the suction that draws dirt into the vacuum.
A cracked fan blade or a missing section loses efficiency and unbalances the assembly, which shows up as reduced suction along with vibration and noise. A sound fan restores full airflow and returns the motor to smooth, quiet running.
