This mini valve rough-in kit provides the in-wall mounting for a Hide A Hose inlet, installed during the construction phase before the drywall goes up. It sets the structural connection point that the finished valve trim later attaches to once the walls are complete.
Getting a central vacuum inlet right starts behind the wall, where the rough-in has to be positioned and secured before it is closed in. This kit gives that framing-stage mounting point a proper, sturdy base, so the finished valve seats cleanly and works reliably afterward.
