Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This transparent interceptor assembly, Miele part number 12101911, is the complete clear dust-separation module for the bagless Boost CX1 canister. In Miele's Vortex system, the interceptor is where high-speed airflow spins dirt out of the air stream and collects it for emptying — so cracks, worn seals or a warped flap here translate directly into lost suction and dust escaping back into the room.

Replacing the whole assembly is the clean fix when the bin housing is cracked from a drop, the latch no longer seals, or years of fine dust have scoured the transparent walls. It arrives as a single factory-assembled unit that clicks into place exactly like the original, with no individual gaskets to source separately.
