Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is the recline-release locking device listed for the Miele SEB 234 and SEB 236 powerbrushes, sold under SKU 5812160.

This is the small mechanism that lets the powerhead lock upright for storage and release again into the cleaning position. When it wears out or breaks, the head typically will not stay locked upright, or it will not release down into position when the release is operated.

Because the fault is mechanical rather than electrical, it tends to show up suddenly rather than gradually: the mechanism works normally until the day it does not. Test the lock and release a few times after fitting a replacement to confirm both directions catch cleanly before putting the powerhead back into regular use.
