    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Mount your Miele Duoflex HX1 cleanly and securely with the genuine wall fitting back support, Miele part number 12265742. This is the rear support plate of the Duoflex wall mounting system — the component that anchors flat against the wall and carries the load of the docked PowerUnit, suction tube, and battery. The SpeedLock holder and charging contacts attach to it, so a sound back support is what keeps the whole docking station rigid and properly aligned.

    If your back plate cracked, was damaged during a move, or you are setting up a fresh charging point in another room, this genuine replacement restores the exact fit the system was designed around. A loose or warped mount lets the vacuum sit at an angle, which can interfere with the SpeedLock release and the battery's charging connection.

    Because part 12265742 is built to Miele's original specification, the mounting holes, depth, and snap geometry line up perfectly with the matching SpeedLock rack and the Duoflex chassis. It installs to the wall with standard hardware and forms the foundation the rest of the holder clips onto.
