Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

The fan is what actually generates suction inside a vacuum, spinning fast enough to pull air, and the dirt riding in it, up through the nozzle and into the bag. On the Oreck 9300 Series upright, the fan seats against a metal seal cup, part 430000973, that keeps the airflow path sealed tight around the fan hub instead of leaking air around it.

A worn or damaged seal cup lets air bypass the fan blades at the point where they should be pulling their hardest, which shows up as suction that has fallen off even though the motor sounds normal and the filters and bag are clean.
