This replacement lower base assembly with switch fits Eureka, Sanitaire, and Beam power nozzles. The base houses the brush roll and sets the cleaning height, and the integrated switch controls power to the nozzle motor.
When the base cracks or the brush roll stops spinning or runs noisily, cleaning suffers and the nozzle can sit unevenly on the carpet. A sound lower base restores the correct height, a solid brush roll mount, and working power control.
- Fits: Eureka 6980, 6992, 6996, 6997, 6999, Vibra Groomer III E1383; Sanitaire SP6952A; Beam BM1393AA, BM1393AB, Q100, BM1383 (post-2000), BM1383K
- Function: houses the brush roll, sets height, and switches power
- Tip: a separate retainer bracket may be needed to hold the motor down
The base installs as a direct-fit replacement, also serving as the Beam Rugmaster bottom plate. Confirm your model before ordering so the mounting matches.
