Part 089820381 is the standard roller for the Lindhaus LW46, a medium 0.25mm red-bristle grade positioned between the softer black roller and the firmer yellow strong-grade roller sold for the same machine.
As the standard fit, this is the roller most LW46 units run for everyday floor work, balanced enough to handle general soil without the extra bite the strong grade adds. Its bristles do the actual agitation work on each pass; once they flatten with use, the machine's cleaning result drops even though the motor and solution delivery are unaffected.
