Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Diamante 380e is the 15 inch version of Lindhaus's Diamante eco FORCE line, built to move across more floor per pass than its 12 inch sibling, the Diamante 300e.
Like the rest of the Diamante range it runs on Lindhaus's DCS dry carpet cleaning system, agitating soil out of carpet fiber without the long dry time that comes with a wet extraction machine.
Mechanically it mirrors the smaller Diamante: separate suction and brush motors with the roller turning at 5,000 rpm, DCS working Lindhaus dry compound through the pile, and the patented weight distribution that leaves only about 1.9 pounds resting in the operator's hand.
Cord length and regional voltage variants are the two details we still confirm at order time, since they occasionally differ by market on a 15 inch commercial unit. Choose the 380e over the 300e when you are covering open floor, hallways or larger rooms and the wider path saves real time across the job; choose the 300e instead when maneuvering through tight spaces matters more than covering ground quickly. Because the Diamante range serves both homes and light commercial accounts, let us know which applies when you reach out for a spec sheet, since the filtration and accessory recommendations we make often differ between the two settings even on the same machine.
