Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Tune your machine to the carpet you clean with the genuine Lindhaus Brush Roller 450 Red (Optional), part number 009760301. This optional roller is built for the Lindhaus RX 450e eco FORCE commercial upright vacuum at its 450mm / 17-inch cleaning width.

Lindhaus identifies its rollers by color to indicate bristle specification. The black roller is the standard medium fitment; this red 450 roller carries a different bristle grade selected for more aggressive carpet agitation, ideal where you need extra grooming bite on denser or more heavily soiled carpet. It is a true Lindhaus optional accessory engineered for the RX brush housing, not a generic aftermarket part.

The roller is the component that does the mechanical cleaning, sweeping bristles lift embedded sand, fiber and pet hair up out of the pile so airflow can remove it. Fitting the right bristle grade, or replacing a worn roller, keeps the RX 450e deep-cleaning at its best. This unit is dynamically balanced, supported on ball bearings for smooth and quiet running, and installs without tools.
