This genuine OEM Spring Clip for the belt lifter fits the Kirby Tradition 3CB and Tradition. The clip holds the belt lifter components in position and provides the light tension that keeps the mechanism seated and moving as designed through its range.
A spring clip that has lost tension, worked loose, or broken lets parts of the belt lifter shift, so the lever feels loose and the belt may not engage or release cleanly.
