This replacement brush roll sensor screw fits the Kirby Heritage II, listed under part reference 148985. The small fastener secures the brush roll sensor in its seat within the vacuum's cleaning head.
A screw that loosens or strips lets the sensor shift out of position, which can throw off brush roll monitoring and leave the component rattling loose. Installing the correct screw holds the sensor firmly aligned so it reads and mounts the way it should.
