This metal curved wand end gives your Compact or TriStar canister a secure button-lock connection between the hose and wand. It fits the Compact/TriStar 1300 and locks positively so the joint stays put during cleaning.
When a button lock stops engaging or the wand end wears, the hose can pull free mid-pass and suction drops at the connection. A fresh curved end restores the firm, reliable lock these canisters rely on for uninterrupted cleaning.
