Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This black crush-proof hose cuff is a replacement end fitting that adapts a 1-1/4 inch hose connection to a 1-1/2 inch size. It fits onto the end of a vacuum or central vacuum hose, giving a clean, sized connection point for wands and tools. The crush-proof build resists collapsing under normal handling.
