This replacement hose coupling latch spring (part #R-7266B) provides the tension that keeps the hose coupling latch snapped firmly in place. It fits Rainbow E-Series attachments, PN-2 and PN-3 power nozzles, and Rainbow E2 vacuums.
When the spring weakens or breaks, the latch no longer holds and the hose can disconnect during use. A fresh spring restores firm latch tension so the coupling stays locked while you clean.
