This is the Kenmore canister hose assembly KC94PDXEZV0D: six feet long, three-wire, supplied complete with the handle, and with no bump on the machine-end cuff.
That last detail is the one that matters at ordering time. Kenmore built two visually similar three-wire hoses for these canisters, one with a raised bump where the cuff enters the machine and one without. Look at the cuff on your old hose before you choose, because a bump means you need the other version.
A tired electric hose gives itself away in two ways. Air leaks through splits and pinholes, so suction at the wand fades while the canister still sounds healthy, and broken conductors inside make the power nozzle cut out when the hose is bent or twisted. Neither is worth patching. The assembly arrives with both cuffs and the handle already fitted, so it is a straight swap.
