The Hoover Valve for the U6330 upright vacuum regulates airflow between floor-cleaning mode and hose use, directing suction to whichever the job calls for. It also fits the Hoover U6607-900 WindTunnel upright.
When this valve sticks or breaks, the vacuum can no longer switch suction properly. Typical symptoms are weak power at the hose while the floor nozzle works fine, or the reverse, with the machine unable to commit its airflow fully to either path. Since the valve sits at the junction of the two airways, no amount of filter cleaning or hose inspection will fix what is really a diverter problem.
Replacing the valve restores correct suction switching on these WindTunnel uprights. Compatible models include the U6607900. Check your model number before ordering, or contact Vacuums and More and we will confirm the fit for your machine.
