This replacement squeegee retainer fits the Oreck BK95519 cordless upright and the Hoover CH95519. The retainer clamps the rubber squeegee strip firmly against the nozzle opening at the front of the cleaning head.
If the retainer cracks or loosens, the squeegee strip can pull away from the nozzle, so liquid and fine debris are no longer channeled cleanly into the suction path. That leaves streaks and reduced pickup along hard floors. A secure retainer holds the strip flat and restores efficient edge cleaning.
