This Poly-V drive belt fits Hoover WindTunnel-2 U8300 series uprights, and the U8311900, transmitting power from the motor to the brush roll and the self-propel system. The ribbed Poly-V profile grips the pulley more positively than a flat belt, which improves drive and extends service life.
A stretched, glazed, or cracked belt slips on the pulley, so brush speed and self-propel drive fall off and the machine works harder for less pickup. A fresh Poly-V belt restores firm grip, full brush rotation, and smooth powered movement.
