This replacement O-ring seals the lower tube joint on Oreck XL21-600 and XL-700 uprights and fits the Hoover CH95519. It sits at the connection between tube sections, forming a compression seal that keeps air moving through the passage rather than leaking at the joint.
An O-ring that has cracked, hardened, or worn thin lets air slip past the tube joint, and that leak is a common cause of suction loss. Fitting a fresh O-ring reseals the joint and returns full airflow.
