This genuine OEM Hoover latch with hinge bracket fits the CH93619 backpack vacuum. The latch secures a housing panel and the hinge bracket lets it swing open for service.
A broken latch or bracket lets the panel work loose or fall open during use, which can expose internal parts and let dust escape. The bracket keeps the panel aligned as it opens and closes, and a new latch restores a firm, secure closure.
