This OEM Hoover handle bolt in the short length secures the handle assembly on commercial uprights. It fits the C1065, C1067, C1069, C1085, C1111, C1405, C1425, C1429, C1431, and C1439, among others. The bolt fastens the handle to the vacuum body.
A loose or missing handle bolt lets the handle wobble, which makes the machine uncomfortable to steer and less effective in use. Play at the handle also stresses the surrounding parts. A correct bolt restores a firm, secure handle.
