This wheel shaft (Part #32543002) fits the Hoover Celebrity canister vacuum, model S2037, and forms the axle on which the transport wheels rotate. It lets the canister roll smoothly behind you and keeps the wheels tracking straight as you move from room to room.
A bent or damaged shaft throws the wheels out of line, so the canister drags, pulls to one side, or resists being towed. Fitting a straight replacement shaft returns even wheel travel and lets the machine follow along without fighting you across the floor.
