We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The battery service frame, Hoover part 440013724, is the moulded structure that holds the battery pack in position inside the CH93619 cordfree backpack vacuum.

It is the part that takes the knock when a loaded machine gets set down hard or tips off a cart. A cracked frame lets the pack shift under the operator's movement, and a pack that moves is a pack whose contacts break connection: power flickers, the machine stops mid-pass, and the contacts themselves start to wear from the arcing. A sound frame holds the battery square so it meets the terminals the same way on every insertion.

Fits the Hoover CH93619 commercial backpack. Seat the pack fully after fitting and check that it locks against the frame with no play.
