The Hoover bail shaft is an OEM handle component for Hoover Convertible upright vacuums, including models 1030, C1065, C1067, and C1069. A broken or loose bail makes an upright uncomfortable to steer and tiring to use, and this part restores the secure control the machine had when it was new.
