This replacement Eureka DCF10 HEPA filter (Part #F946) fits the Eureka 430, 431, 431A, 431AX, 431AXZ, 431B, 431BX, 431DX, 431F, and 433A bagless uprights. It is the final filtration stage that cleans the air the vacuum exhausts.
A clogged HEPA filter restricts airflow and lets fine dust and allergens pass back into the room rather than holding them. Suction weakens and the exhaust turns dusty. This element captures 99.97% of particles down to 0.3 microns, so a fresh one restores clean air and full pull.
