Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Gray black is the finish that covers most of the AUTOMATIC line, which makes 5297GSAM the handle grip that fits the largest slice of it. It reaches you already built up with 5161, 5253 and 5359, so a cracked grip is exchanged rather than rebuilt piece by piece.
SEBO catalogues it at position 2 of the AUTOMATIC X7 / X8 exploded diagram — handle grip, gray black, incorporating positions 7 and 9. Those two positions are the gray black switch cap holder 5161GS and the antistatic wire 5253UL, both preinstalled here. The rest of that corner of the diagram is the switchgear itself: the switch at position 5 and the switch cap at position 6, which is what you are working around when the grip comes apart.
Fitment covers the SEBO AUTOMATIC X1, X2, X4, X4 Boost, X5, X7 Premium and X8. The usual reason for ordering is a split at the tube entry after the machine has been carried up and down stairs by the grip for a few years, though a broken switch aperture is a close second. Other finishes carry their own numbers: 5295AM in black and 5297GSSE in graphite.
