Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This handle grip set (Part #4370663) attaches to the vacuum hose and houses the power switch for the powered floor nozzle on Kenmore canisters. The set includes the grip only, with no switch or harness. It fits models including 116.23404210-211C, 116.23104800-801C, 116.28812790-791, 116.29319800-803, 116.28612790-791, and more.

A cracked or worn grip makes the hose handle uncomfortable and can loosen the switch housing. Because the switch and harness carry over from your old handle, this set is the economical fix when only the grip shell has failed. Related repair parts are sold individually if you need to rebuild the handle further.
