This replacement geared belt fits the Earlex 950 broom, also cross-referenced to model 3302 and part #SH130DC-R01. It transfers drive from the motor to the brush roll to keep it turning at speed.
Belts stretch and wear, and a slipping or broken belt leaves the brush roll slow or still, so debris stays embedded in the pile. A burning rubber smell or a sluggish roll are the usual signs. A fresh belt restores full brush speed.
