Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This left-hand gear for the Koblenz P-747 (Part #46-2023-3) is a replacement drive gear sold on its own for the Koblenz P-747 shampoo-polisher. It meshes within the drive train to turn one of the machine's counter-rotating pad or brush spindles.

Drive gears wear their teeth and can chip or strip with use, which leaves the pads spinning unevenly or stalling on the left side. A fresh left-hand gear restores clean mesh and the balanced rotation the machine needs to clean evenly.
