The Panasonic Furniture Guard is a replacement bumper for the Panasonic MC-7310 canister vacuum. It wraps the body of the machine and absorbs the small impacts that happen constantly during vacuuming, keeping baseboards, table legs, and door frames free of scuffs and scratches.
Bumpers take abuse by design, and after years of service the original can crack, compress, or fall away entirely. Once that happens, every bump transfers directly to your furniture and trim, and the marks tend to show up before the cause does.
This guard fits the MC-7310 canister and other similar Panasonic models. It is a small, inexpensive part that protects both the vacuum and the home it cleans, and if you are keeping an older Panasonic canister in service, it is worth replacing before the damage reaches your woodwork.
