Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Fuller Brush Rear Wheel and Axle is an OEM part for the FB-SM upright that also fits Simplicity R10P and R10S and Riccar R10P and R10S. The wheel and its axle carry the back of the machine and let it roll smoothly across carpet, tile, and hardwood.

Rear wheels take constant abuse over floor transitions and cords, and a worn or broken wheel makes the vacuum drag, feel noisy, and even scratch hard floors. Replacing the wheel and axle restores effortless movement and protects your flooring from damage caused by a failed wheel.
