This OEM Fuller Brush geared belt (FB-HMP) fits the Fuller Brush Home Maid canister power nozzle in a two-pack. Unlike a friction belt, a geared belt meshes with the brush roll drive to keep precise timing between the motor and the brush roll.
A geared belt that is cracked, stretched, or stripped lets the brush roll slow or stop, and a stalled brush roll leaves carpet fibers un-agitated so dirt stays behind. A fresh belt restores full brush roll speed and the deep agitation that lifts embedded grit.
