Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Position 21 on SEBO's exploded parts drawing is the complete front cover, and 51051SWSB is that panel in black, the finish carried by the AUTOMATIC X7 Pet.

Bag changes mean opening this panel, and it is also the first thing on the machine to meet door frames and furniture legs, so cracked mouldings and rounded latch faces are common on older units. A pet machine sees more of both, because it is emptied more often and moved around the house more. The failure is gradual: the catch stops holding cleanly, the door begins to sit proud, and eventually a hinge boss lets go and the cover hangs. A new panel puts the bag chamber back behind a door that closes flush and stays closed.

The catch this panel closes against is the silver locking catch 51003SB, and the release that frees it is 51053SB, capped by 51059GS. Behind the cover sit the parts that actually need changing on a schedule: filter bags in box 5093AM, pre-motor microfilter 5036AM or HEPA 5812ER, exhaust microfilter 52039RV, 12 inch sealing strip 5400-1, and brush roller 5010AM.
