This replacement Shark foam filter (Part #F678, also sold as #F679) fits the Shark NV150 Lift-Away, along with the CU50, NV251, NV255, and ZU60. It sits ahead of the motor, trapping fine dust before it can reach and wear the internals.
Foam filters compress and tear over months of use, and a flattened one lets grit through while suction fades. When the foam no longer springs back after rinsing, the Lift-Away loses pull and the motor loses its guard. A fresh pair restores both.
